Class Description: Open to dancers 18+. Join us on Thursday 12/19 for a Pro Dance Team Style Master Class with Nicole Trigani. Nicole has danced professionally in the NBA for the Boston Celtics and founded TRIGS Choreo LLC in 2020. She now choreographs for NBA, NFL, and nationally ranked college dance teams across the country. Following her NBA experience, she spent two years training in New York City under Tia Rivera, Dana Alexa, Deshawn Hawthorne, Miles Keeney, Candance Brown, and several other dance educators.

Level: This is a Master Class and will be taught at an Intermediate/Advanced level pace. Significant dance experience (ie, many years of rigorous training) and high degree of competence in retaining choreography and executing technical elements is recommended. If you have danced for many years and want to continue challenging yourself and training at a higher level, this class is for you. If you learn and retain choreography quickly and have a strong knowledge and ability to execute various technical elements, this class could be a good fit for you. In this level, class will have a focus on choreography. Class will be taught at a fast pace with a clear breakdown and instruction, but without detailed breakdown of individual movements. You will most likely see technical elements (such as leaps and turns) and floorwork in the choreography. Choreography will be between 45 seconds to a minute in length, with moderate to high level of complexity and moderate to fast tempos.  Choreography will likely not repeat movements frequently.
