A note from Christine:

“Personality & Performance is what I embody for every class. Whether I teach beginner or intermediate levels in both Street Jazz & Hip Hop, those two entities are what creates my vibe for every class.

My Street Jazz classes are a fusion between 2 styles; jazz and hip hop. We work on precision, style, and energy levels to create a confident, powerful and dynamic dancer. For warm up, we always do a fun, intense warmup that is cardio induced while applying jazz technique and hip hop fundamentals. The mixture of the 2 styles allows any dancer to build confidence, inner-self strength, and a sassy ol'time!

Hip Hop is always a vibe. As I'm a huge fan of music, I get so hype just to play my playlist and jam with the class. I want dancers who take this class to feel energized and complete once they enter and exit. Beginner Level- each class will consist of a fun, high-energy warmup following an across the floor. The across the floor will always involve a few moves leading up to the routine. The combo will always include some hip hop fundamentals; grooves, hard hitting moves, and   ways to work on style to compliment the vibe of the routine.

Intermediate Level- We start with a highly intense and cardio-induced workout. I even use some bootcamp workouts to get us pumped and ready to go! I tend to  focus highly on the choreography so we can really perform it after each take. Always a vibe!”
