Niaya Taylor

Niaya Taylor is a teacher, choreographer and performer residing in Salem, NJ. She has studied many styles of dance since the age of 7, but hip hop and contemporary have always been her favorite. 

Niaya teaches full time at Stage Lights Dance Academy in Newark, DE, and at Rising Stars Cheer & Dance in Millville, NJ .

Niaya has been a performing member in the Pieces of a Dream dance company for the past three years under the direction of Ashley SK Davis. Additionally she has been a performing member of Introspective Movement Project under the direction of Sonia Pennington. Finally, Niaya has been a featured choreographer in the Flair Dance Festival.

Niaya is all about having fun & finding a vibe in anything and everything she does! She is beyond excited to be sharing her love and passion here at Powerhouse!
